Ancient building

I found a fairly significant building in the northeast corner of the crusader fortress. It has not yet been possible to find reliable information about the purpose of it in the historic annals of the archaeological park of Caesarea, probably because they are all in Hebrew in general, and I have some problems with it (all I know a couple of dozen words in Yiddish).
