Gateway to the Upper Courtyard

Here begins a true labyrinth. A lot of passages to the left and to the right goes into the dark cubicles and casemates. The passage has several gates and grids. There are also special pipes which can used for throwing hand grenades from upper floors. 1667 marks the wall of the oldest tower built in the fortress. It was not dismantled but incorporated into the new tower.
