Arc of fire

Askøy bridge connect the mainland and the island of the same name. The bridge was built in 1992, and there is no bridge during WWII, but there was the battery of 76 mm guns named Hellen on other side of the strait, which also participated in the battle April 9, 1942. On the bottom the bulk of oil tanks are seen. There was a dead zone of the fort's guns and it is there landed the German infantry to capture the fort.
