Strait between the islands of Vikhrevoy and Mayachniy

The picture was taken from the building of the ruins of pilot station at Vikhrevoy Island. In the background on the left is Mayachny Island. With low water you can get there from Vikhrevoy island by foot. In the 1930s the islands were connected by a bridge and on Mayachniy island, as they say, there was even a golf course lined with elms.
