Concrete battery firepost

In 1916, the battery was armed with 2 15 sm naval guns M/83 additionally. The guns were taken from the corvette Freya. In 1919, the battery was disarmed and temporally abandoned. The purpose of these concrete structures is not clear. I suppose they were built during or close after WW2 for radar or something like this.
