Position of the Madsen 20mm anti-aircraft machine gun

There is fortification on the island, how could we live without it? It mainly dates back to 1942-43, when the Finns became seriously concerned about anti-landing defense after the memorable events of July 1941, when Soviet troops tried to land on the island. This position, as far as I know, already existed then.
