Observation slit is oriented to the south. This facility was built probably in the period 1942-44, and then rebuilt (upgraded). There were no any bunkers on the island summer 1941. Soldiers lived in a tent, hidden in the woods, the water was taken out of the little pond. Soviet artillery almost every day the shelling to the island. Soviets command at Hanko quickly realized that here is Finnish observation post was installed.
