"F. Paajanen has been here..."

The inscription on the installation's wall was made October 24, 1939 just the month before Winter War begin. Who that F. Paajanen was and what he done there? No information. He could be mobilized and could be in reserve camp near the fort and waiting for the Soviet assault I reckon. There are few other such inscriptions on the walls of the battery.
