Sherman tank

The police school and Ammunition Hill were attacked from the south by the 66th battalion of the 55th parachute brigade of reservists - 500 paratroopers under the command of Major Yosef Joffe. The picture shows the armored vehicles of the Israeli army of those times - the American Sherman from World War Two.
