Another water tank?

Who knows what it is. The openings resemble window and door openings. Maybe these are the remains of the housing of some Jerusalem resident who snatched an apartment for himself right next to the Temple Mount. On the left you can see the masonry of the Western Wall from the time of Herod, the vaults floor apparently date back to the Middle Ages.
