Mount of Olives

View of the Mount of Olives and the walls of Jerusalem. On the mountainside you can see a large Jewish cemetery, one of the oldest in Israel. It is considered a great honor to be buried in this cemetery, since it is believed that it is from here, at the sound of the trumpet of Echezkel, that the resurrection of the dead will begin. And as they say, whoever gets up first gets the slippers! The mountain is separated from the city by the deep Jehoshaphat Valley.
