Fortress wall near the Lion Gate

View of the fortress walls of Jerusalem in the Muslim quarter. In theory, you can walk along the walls from Jaffa to the Lion Gate, but during my visit, part of the walls above the Muslim quarter was closed (the Palestinians were restless at the time and a small intifada just begins).
