Prefabricated emplacement for heavy machine gun
There were standard modules for permanent fortifications in USSR. This one is fire-post PS-1 which was a part of prefabricated MG installation SPS-4. It was designed for 12mm NSV machine-gun. All you need is dig out the trench, drop the modules to it by crane, connect them and bury it in earth.
