This is after war design of Soviet top secret defensive installation - 7.62 barrel-bent machinegun. It's barrel is bent on 45 grad angle and all it's mechanics, ammunition and crew can be covered under earth surface. There were many such installations on Porkkala in Finland in 1948-1956.
