What is it and what is it for I do not know. But it is a military thing because the star on the top of it. There are many such a things in these woods.
PS 2007: Now I know what it is. This is the RDU - oxygen regeneration system which commonly used at submarines. There were 64 special plates in two level for regeneration oxygen.
