September, 4, 1941 Finns (18th infantry division) were forwarded through Sister river, have occupied settlement Beloostrov and have grasped "Millionaire" pillbox straight off. Whether the garrison and what arms were available here - it is not known. Finns have established here the antitank guns and machine guns, and have transformed the pillbox into a key element of their defense. The Soviet counterattacks of September, 5-13 was not success. September, 22 there was new attempt to capture Beloostrov settlement but northern part of settlement remained in Finnish hands because of this pillbox.
