Church of Deposition of the Robe
This is the most ancient of remained wooden churches in Russia. It was constructed in 1484 in not far away Borodava village. During the industrial reorganization of USSR in 1950th Borodava village was flooded by Sheksna reservoir waters. The church was evacuated and restored here in Novy Gorod.
