This gun could fire only with pre-prepared positions. The position consists of a huge concrete pad, with 2 meter thickness. Conveyor moved at the place and this plate dropped in specially designated areas. Railway truck were removed after that and with special supports with wheels the transporters could rotate and aimed in in azimuth.
