All these buildings were abandoned long ago, at least 2 years ago. All the metal things, machine tools< equipment and machinery, was scarped, heating batteries, pipes, sinks, etc was removed too. The factory for the repair and utilization of old artillery shells was located at 18-th Arsenal recently.
