In some rooms are not so clean - there are rotting remnants of shell's boxes, chips, cloth, metal remnants. The room was apparently a longitudinal compartment separated it into two sections one for shells and, accordingly, another for charges, because these guns had separate loading. The photo shows the ventilation openings with grilles.
