Provision Magazines

There are only 7 two-floor brick warehouses store on the territory of the New Admiralty in a closed access area. These food magazines were erected in 1787 - 1798. They were intended, apparently, to store provisions for the garrison of the Kronstadt naval base. In the picture you can distinguish crane for lifting goods from the barges to the second floor of the magazine. In foreground are the ruins of the Officer's footbridge through the canal.
