Powder magazine of the Naval Department

For a long time I beat around the bush ... There are two impressive concrete masses - powder magazines of the 1900s on the shore of Kotlin Island just opposite the Fort Peter I. But you can't get close to it because of guards, dogs, observation towers. Here is a picture taken on the way to the Fort Alexander back in 2012 from the ice of Gulf of Finland.
