This powder magazines of the Naval Department were built in 1915. They are two rectangular concrete massifs measuring 115 by 40 meters in plan and approximately 10-12 meters high. They should have been bunded by earth from the northern, western and southern sides, judging by it's design features, but it is not clear whether this has been done. The walls have a traces of the WW2 - the construction was bombed by Germans, but without much success. Today these traces are being plastered and, apparently, will soon be completely painted over.
