Vaulted test casemate

A variety of concrete structures were tested at the fort. In the picture the dungeon with a semicircular arch is shown. Concrete design of armored shutters, doors, window frames, etc. were tested also. So the optimum thickness of the armor-closings were based in 19 mm. Oval hatches are connected the room with the auxiliary gallery.
