War memorial
The pillbox in the middle of the worker settlement Novy Svet (New Light) on the southern outskirts of Gatchina (Krasnogvardeisk). The inscription says: "September 1941 the militiamen of 267-th OPAB under the command of lieutenant L.Vasiliev fought up to the last ditch in this pillbox". It is not quite right. Vasiliev was the company B commander, but commandant of pillbox was Aleksey Bodjagin.
