German defence

I have some doubts about designation and origin of this installation. I guess this is the German machinegun nest or observation point (so called "tobruk"). Attempt to dig it down was made after the war but without success and now it lay aside in the middle of kolkhoz's field. It's interior lay-out and concrete wall thick says about it's military designation.
