Krasnogvardeisk Fortified Area location
South of Leningrad (St. Petersburg).
You can start from the Baltic station in St. Petersburg by train to Gatchina (former Krasnogvardeisk) (or to Pudost, or Mosino stations), andso far by buses or on foot. Also, there are buses from the Moskovskaya metro (No. 18 or 431) to the Verevo village. Krasnoselsky sector - bus/train to the red village, and there is a minibus to Russkoe-Vysotsky. The Slutsk-Kolpinsky sector could be reached along the Moscow Highway (Yam-Izhora village) by minibuses from Slutsk (Pavlovsk) or from the Metro Kupchino.
