Raskatnaya Tower in 2021
How it looked 15 years ago, you can see in the picture #14. The idea of the tower's restoration is similar to the Strelochnaya Tower, except that the tower was brought to the second tier and an observation deck was built from above with an overview of the majestic Volkhov river.
