Monument to the Varangians Rurik and Oleg
Newly built memorial in Staraya Ladoga in memory of founders of Russia Rurik and his son Oleg. The monument was erected on the bank at the connection of the Volkhov and Ladozhka rivers directly opposite the fortress.
