"The Road of Life"
The view from the heights of Latrun to the east in the direction of Jerusalem. That's probably looked so that famous "Birma Road" by which the Jews supplied besieged Jerusalem with water and food to bypass the Arab stronghold in Latrun. "The Road of Life" was also the nickname of the ice track to the blocked Leningrad through Ladoga Lake in 1941-1944.
