Front of the fort

Front of the fort

View to the center of the fort over artillery yards of 10 inch guns. Guns itself were cut for the scrap metal in 1960th. Guns were settled down in open artillery positions separated by concrete parapets (so called "traverses") for protection against shell splinters. There are many premises for powder cellars, shelters and so on in bodies of traverses.
