Dvortzovaya (Palace) Tower
It was named so because of the Tsar’s court located next to it. The tower now is closed and securely locked. During the decline of Novgorod, the tower was destroyed, without the upper 3 floors, and restored at the beginning of the 18th century in slightly modified forms.
