Troitzky (Trinity) Cathedral

As the old saying was: "Where the Trinity - there the Pskov city is". Troitzky Cathedral is the symbol of the Pskov. This is the most high construction of all the city area. First wooden cathedral was erected in X century inter vivos of princess Olga. First stone Cathedral was constructed in 1138. In 1363 the Cathedral ruined and was restored in 1360-th. Present building was erected in 1699. There was the "vechevaja ploschad" or assembly square for the majority rule.
