Second shaft

There was a manual control system for tower moving and fire rate was only 1 shot per 5 min. After steam-engine invention the tower could be lifted for 15 sec only. Weight tower with the gun was 41 tons, all the system weight - 164 tons. And all of it was scarped before the WW1.
