Arms on the gun's burrel

There were big guns caliber up to 13.5 inches. 11 inch rifled fortress guns of 1867 model were backbone of the fort's armament.
About terminology: in the old times (19 AD) the fort used to name battery, and only in the newest times name fort became in use.
