Under the Swedes, there was a wooden Lutheran church, which in 1702 was converted into an Orthodox church. In 1776-1779 it was rebuilt in stone, and in 1822-1831 it was dismantled to the ground and rebuilt in its current form according to the design of A. Stautbert.
On the left you can see a memorial stone in memory of the Peace of Orehov and under the roof - the remains of the wall of the original Novgorod fortress.
