Staroladozhskij canal (Old-Ladoga's canal)

This canal is one of the greatest landmarks of the city. It's length is 104 versts (180 km). It has numerous granite coffers and other facilities. The 4-chambers coffer (1836) on the junction of the canal and Neva river is seen on the photo. The avan-chamber of the canal is on the foreground. There are the restoration works nowadays.
