4th prison Corps of the Shlisselburg fortress

In 1906, the fortress was transferred from the Military Department to the Ministry of Justice, which decided to establish a convict Central here and launched large-scale construction in the fortress. The photo shows the ruins of the largest prison in Shlisselburg - Corps No. 4, designed for 600 prisoners.
