Coast barracks

Defensive barracks at the pier at the Komendantskiy (Iso Mustasaari) island was built during Russian period. It has an enormous thick walls and ceilings. During the Crimean War it's roof has been strengthened with logs and earth embankment, which allowed the barracks to survive under furious attack of the allied fleet. Now here the kafe, brewery and various museum services.
