Gun's yard

From the appearance of the gun's emplacement it can be concluded that it was designed to accommodate large-caliber mortar. And it's true, this battery was designed for installation of 6 11-inch mortars 1877 model. Niches for ammunition as well as two entrance to gallery connecting the neighboring emplacements are visible.
