This little island is located not far from Isa Mustosaari island on the way to Helsinki city. It was here in 1808, there were meetings and negotiations of Commandant of Sveaborg fortress Swedish Admiral Count Cronstedt and Russian Gerenala Suhtelen, and after that negotiations May 8, 1808 Sveaborg was surrended by the Swedes to Russian troops under the command of General of Infantry Buxhoevden. Probably because of it the next 100 years the island was called known as Dogovorny (Treaty) island.
