Outer wall

The outer wall of the barracks (that is the wall facing the alleged enemy) is made of roughly hewn granite blocks, apparently mined here on the islands of Vyborg bay. On the right and on the left of the picture you can see the bricked passages - there was also a through corridor (presumably for better ventilation of the premises).
