The extensive premises on the first floor were intended for storing the above-mentioned food supplies and other castle property. Z.Topelius writes about the castle’s vast storerooms, filled with various treasures, such as: fragments of antique furniture, torn clothes, rusty pieces of iron, broken cart wheels, etc. The local castle brownie also lived here.
