Gun turret's emplacement

Atop of these concrete "boobs" formidable armored turret with 152 mm guns stood once. In 1930 it was decided to move the defense line away from the capital. The fort and other installations of Vaxholm Line were disarmed, turrets with guns and other artillery equipment were moved to new batteries on the islands of the Stockholm archipelago.
