Infantry strong point

Infantry strong points located on the commanding heights of the area and include concrete-lined trenches with positions for machine guns and searchlights, as well as shelter and command and observation posts carved into granite cliffs. All of this was surrounded by a multilane wired fence on metal stakes. In the picture the gate of that fence is seen. Barbed wire and stakes has been removed.
