Breach of 24 sm gun

Bofors 1900, 24 cm, M/96. One of this guns is installed in the casemate of Lower Battery. Now the management of the museum faces to the problem of delivery this barrel on top of Upper battery. And they has no money for a cargo chopper. What would you suggest?
