Battery was in ranks until 1933, after which, in accordance with the new defence plan it's guns were removed and transported to the battery at Landsort island near Nynäshamn south of Stockholm.
In the dungeons of the battery until the time of perestroika (1980) was a warehouse of old shells, after which the battery was abandoned. In the early 2000s, all doors and holes to the battery were carefully sealed up.
