Incomprehensible bunker

Possibly a shelter for a gun. But most likely it was intended for a spotlight. Or maybe for something else... I wrote to authoritative experts in fraternal Finland - they couldn’t attribute it. The bunker bears traces of late perestroika and modern Nazi graffiti. It's crap.
