Artillery fort

It is located on the north part of island where park Monrepos is. It was built during the WWI in 1916. I know near to nothing about it, but it seems to me this is the artillery position for the big calibre sea gun (10-12 inch). It consists the huge concrete powder cellar with more than 2-meters thick floors and cut down in a rock artillery position.
